  Dave Cowan is an excellent musician who became a technician  and formed Small Town Sound to supply sound for "acoustical"   music in Northern California.  His specialty is the smaller venue. If you have attended the  Chico or Grass Valley World Music festivals, he has provided   sound for the smaller stages.  He excels in Folk and Bluegrass. Of late he is being hired for   those "new" music sensation, Swing music.
